Acceptable Content Policy

General Content Standard

Content published through FansStack must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not be used to facilitate illegal activity, exploitation, abuse, fraud, infringement, or serious harm to other individuals.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, sell, or otherwise make available through their accounts, including ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required to use and distribute that content.

FansStack may apply additional restrictions to categories of content, products, services, transactions, or activities that present elevated legal, safety, fraud, regulatory, or payment-processing risks.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content, products, services, transactions, and activities are prohibited on FansStack unless FansStack expressly states otherwise in writing:

• Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Child sexual abuse material or other sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate or sexual content.
• Adult pornography or sexually explicit content.
• Sexual services, prostitution, escort services, or transactions involving sexual services.
• Content that facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, casino activities, games of chance, or wagering.
• Paid-entry contests, sweepstakes, prize-based games, fantasy sports, or similar activities involving monetary or material prizes.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or transactions intended to facilitate the unlawful sale or distribution of drugs.
• Cannabis, marijuana, THC products, or other regulated drug products where prohibited or restricted by applicable law or payment providers.
• Drug paraphernalia or content materially facilitating unlawful drug activity.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other prohibited weapons.
• Instructions or services intended to facilitate the unlawful acquisition, manufacture, or use of weapons or dangerous materials.
• Tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, or other age-restricted nicotine products where prohibited or restricted.
• Regulated pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, medical devices, or medical products offered in violation of applicable requirements.
• Unlicensed medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services where licensing or authorization is required.
• Money transmission, payment facilitation, check cashing, wire transfers, currency exchange, or similar financial services without required authorization.
• Unlicensed lending, investment, securities, financial advisory, or other regulated financial products or services.
• Cryptocurrency investment schemes, unauthorized financial products, or other regulated financial activity that cannot lawfully be offered through FansStack or its payment providers.
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, deceptive multi-level marketing schemes, or similar fraudulent business models.
• Counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or goods falsely represented as authentic.
• Content that materially facilitates trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property infringement.
• Content used to facilitate serious illegal activity.
• Credible threats of serious physical violence.
• Targeted harassment, stalking, or abusive conduct.
• Fraudulent or materially deceptive content or transactions.
• Identity theft, phishing, impersonation, or fraudulent credential collection.
• Money laundering or content designed to conceal or facilitate proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, malicious scripts, or other harmful software.
• Content intended to compromise, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Content that facilitates hacking, credential theft, unauthorized access, or cyber abuse.
• Content promoting human trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, or other forms of serious exploitation.
• Hateful or violent extremist content that promotes serious violence, terrorism, or harm against individuals or protected groups.
• Content that materially facilitates violent criminal activity or serious physical harm.

Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

Adult pornography and sexually explicit content are prohibited on FansStack.

This includes pornographic images, videos, livestreams, sexually explicit recordings, explicit sexual services, and other content primarily intended for sexual gratification.

Content involving sexual exploitation, trafficking, minors, or non-consensual intimate material is prohibited regardless of how the content is described, labeled, marketed, or distributed.

Creators must not use FansStack to advertise, arrange, solicit, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, sexual services, or other transactions involving sexual activity.

Gambling and Prize-Based Activities

FansStack does not permit gambling or wagering activities.

Prohibited activities include betting, casino games, lotteries, games of chance, sports wagering, paid-entry games involving prizes, sweepstakes involving monetary or material prizes, and similar activities where users risk money or other value for the opportunity to receive a prize.

Content that materially facilitates or promotes unlawful gambling, betting, wagering, or prize-based financial activity is also prohibited.

Drugs and Controlled Substances

Users may not use FansStack to sell, distribute, advertise, facilitate, or materially assist the unlawful sale or distribution of controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia.

Cannabis, marijuana, THC products, and other regulated substances may be prohibited or restricted regardless of whether such products are lawful in a particular jurisdiction.

Content that provides instructions or operational assistance for the unlawful manufacture, distribution, or trafficking of controlled substances is prohibited.

Weapons and Dangerous Goods

FansStack does not permit the sale, promotion, or facilitation of prohibited weapons, ammunition, explosives, or dangerous materials.

Content that materially facilitates the unlawful manufacture, acquisition, trafficking, or use of weapons or explosives is also prohibited.

Users must not use FansStack to arrange or facilitate transactions involving prohibited weapons or dangerous goods.

Tobacco and Nicotine Products

Users may not use FansStack to sell, distribute, or facilitate prohibited tobacco or nicotine products.

This includes cigarettes, vaping products, nicotine products, and similar age-restricted products where their sale, promotion, or distribution is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or by a payment provider.

Regulated Products and Services

FansStack does not permit transactions involving regulated products or services where the creator lacks required authorization, licensing, registration, or other legal permission.

This may include regulated pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, medical devices, healthcare services, financial products, investment services, or other regulated activities.

Creators are responsible for determining whether their products or services require licenses, registrations, professional credentials, or other regulatory approvals.

Financial Services and Money Movement

FansStack may not be used to provide or facilitate unauthorized financial services or money movement.

Prohibited activities may include unlicensed money transmission, payment facilitation, check cashing, unauthorized currency exchange, wire-transfer services, unlicensed lending, securities activities, investment schemes, or other regulated financial services.

Users may not use FansStack to conceal, transfer, structure, or facilitate proceeds of unlawful activity.

Minors and Child Safety

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. FansStack may take immediate action when content appears to involve the sexual exploitation of a minor or otherwise presents a serious child-safety concern.

Users must comply with all applicable laws concerning minors and child-protection requirements.

Users must not use FansStack to solicit, distribute, promote, or facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors.

Non-Consensual Content

Users may not upload, distribute, sell, or threaten to distribute intimate or sexual content depicting another person without that person's required consent.

This includes unauthorized intimate imagery, hidden-camera sexual content, so-called revenge pornography, or other intimate material shared without the required authorization of the person depicted.

Exploitation and Trafficking

Content that promotes, facilitates, advertises, or solicits human trafficking, forced sexual activity, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or other forms of exploitation is prohibited.

FansStack may remove content and restrict accounts when necessary to address suspected exploitation, trafficking, or related abuse.

Illegal Activities

Users may not use FansStack to facilitate, promote, solicit, or materially assist serious unlawful activity.

This includes fraud, scams, identity theft, money laundering, unlawful financial activity, trafficking, illegal drug activity, unlawful weapons activity, or other criminal conduct.

Content that provides operational assistance for serious criminal activity may also be prohibited.

Violence and Threats

Content that credibly threatens or encourages serious physical harm against an identifiable person or group is prohibited.

FansStack may also restrict content that materially facilitates serious violent criminal activity or presents a significant safety risk to users or others.

Harassment and Abuse

Users may not use FansStack to engage in targeted harassment, intimidation, stalking, threats, or sustained abusive conduct toward another person.

Content or conduct intended to expose another person to serious harassment, intimidation, or physical danger may be removed.

Fraud and Deceptive Content

Users may not use FansStack to deceive users regarding the nature, ownership, authenticity, availability, or price of content or services.

This includes fraudulent sales, impersonation, phishing, fabricated credentials, deceptive financial schemes, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, fraudulent investment opportunities, and other materially misleading activity.

Users must not use FansStack to obtain payments through false representations, unauthorized transactions, or other deceptive means.

Intellectual Property

Users may not upload or distribute content that infringes another person's or organization's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights.

Creators are responsible for obtaining the rights, licenses, permissions, and releases necessary to use and distribute content they publish through FansStack.

Copyright-related complaints and removal requests are addressed under the FansStack DMCA Policy.

Counterfeit and Unauthorized Goods

Users may not sell, advertise, distribute, or facilitate counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas through FansStack.

Creators must not falsely represent that a product, service, brand, credential, certificate, or other item is authentic or authorized when it is not.

Content that materially facilitates the distribution or sale of counterfeit or infringing goods may be removed.

Malicious or Harmful Content

Users may not upload malware, ransomware, viruses, malicious scripts, credential-stealing software, or other content designed to compromise, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems, devices, accounts, or networks.

Content intended to circumvent security controls or interfere with FansStack's operation may also be prohibited.

FansStack may prohibit content involving hacking services, credential theft, unauthorized access tools, malware distribution, or other cyber-abuse activities.

Hateful, Extremist, and Harmful Content

Users may not use FansStack to promote serious violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or activities intended to cause serious physical harm.

Content that materially encourages or facilitates violence against individuals or groups may be removed.

FansStack may also restrict content that presents a significant risk of facilitating violent criminal activity or serious harm.

Payment Provider Requirements

Certain products, services, transactions, and categories of activity may be prohibited or restricted by the payment processors used by FansStack.

Creators must comply with the applicable requirements, prohibited activities, restricted-business rules, verification requirements, and other policies of the payment providers used to process transactions through FansStack.

A category may be restricted by a payment provider even when the underlying activity is lawful in a particular jurisdiction. FansStack may therefore restrict or remove content, products, services, or transactions when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable payment-provider requirements.

Payment-provider requirements may include restrictions concerning adult content, gambling, regulated drugs, cannabis, weapons, ammunition, explosives, tobacco, nicotine, pharmaceuticals, financial services, money transmission, cryptocurrency-related activities, counterfeit goods, intellectual-property infringement, fraudulent schemes, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, cyber-related services, and other elevated-risk categories.

Creators are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable requirements of the payment provider associated with their account and transactions.

Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, upload, sell, or otherwise make available through FansStack.

Creators must ensure that people appearing in their content have provided any consent or authorization required by applicable law.

Creators are also responsible for ensuring that their products, services, transactions, and business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, payment-provider requirements, and FansStack policies.

FansStack does not represent that every piece of user-generated content has been reviewed, approved, or endorsed by FansStack.

Reporting and Content Removal

Users may report content that they believe violates this Policy, applicable law, the Terms of Service, or another FansStack policy.

Reports should provide sufficient information for FansStack to identify the relevant content and understand the nature of the alleged violation.

FansStack may review reported content and take appropriate action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing content, restricting access, limiting an account, suspending an account, or terminating an account.

FansStack may also remove or restrict content when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, satisfy payment-provider requirements, protect users, protect the platform, or prevent abuse and fraud.

Enforcement

FansStack may take action against serious or repeated violations of this Policy.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include content removal, account restrictions, suspension, termination, or other appropriate measures.

FansStack may take immediate action when content presents a significant risk of harm, involves exploitation, violates applicable law, violates payment-provider requirements, or creates a serious risk to the platform or its users.

Removal of content does not necessarily mean that FansStack has determined that the content is illegal. FansStack may remove content based on its platform rules or payment-provider requirements even when the content does not violate applicable law.

Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Content Policy should be read together with the FansStack Terms of Service and other applicable FansStack policies.

The FansStack Content Upload Policy provides additional requirements concerning the uploading and submission of content.

The FansStack DMCA Policy provides procedures for copyright-related complaints and requests.

The FansStack Anti-Trafficking Policy addresses trafficking and exploitation-related requirements.

The FansStack Creator Payments & Payouts Policy addresses creator payment processing, payout arrangements, and the role of third-party payment providers.

The FansStack Third-Party Payment Processing & Fees Policy addresses payment-provider-controlled fees, restrictions, requirements, and payment-processing matters.

FansStack may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law, safety requirements, payment-provider requirements, or operational practices.
