Creator Payments & Payouts Policy
FansStack provides creators with tools to monetize eligible content, subscriptions, bookings, products, and other permitted activities through the platform. This policy explains how creator payments are processed through independent third-party payment providers.
FansStack does not act as a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, custodian, or holder of creator funds. FansStack does not take possession of, hold, or maintain custody of money belonging to creators.
Creator payments are processed and distributed through the applicable third-party payment provider. Creators must create or connect an eligible payment-provider account to FansStack in order to receive payments. FansStack does not manually hold or distribute creator funds.

Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to creators who receive or seek to receive compensation through FansStack, including compensation associated with subscriptions, bookings, digital products, permitted content, promotional activities, and other monetization features.
Payment processing and fund distribution are provided through independent third-party payment providers. The specific requirements applicable to a transaction may depend on the payment provider, transaction type, currency, creator location, and applicable law.
Additional terms may apply to specific payment services. Creators should review the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider associated with their account.
Creator Earnings
Amounts attributable to a creator's transactions are processed through the applicable payment provider. The amount ultimately received by a creator may be affected by platform fees disclosed by FansStack and by fees, adjustments, refunds, reversals, conversions, or other charges imposed by the applicable payment provider.
FansStack does not maintain custody of creator earnings or operate a creator bank account, stored-value account, or custodial balance.
Information displayed within FansStack regarding transactions or earnings is provided for platform functionality and informational purposes and does not represent that FansStack is holding the displayed funds.
Payment Processing
FansStack uses independent third-party payment processors and financial technology providers to facilitate payments associated with the platform.
Depending on the transaction, payment processing may include authorization, settlement, identity verification, fraud screening, transaction monitoring, currency conversion, payment routing, and other services performed by the applicable provider.
FansStack does not control the internal processing, approval, settlement, banking, blockchain, or payment-network operations of third-party providers.
A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, restricted, or otherwise affected by the applicable payment provider, financial institution, card network, blockchain network, or other third party.
Distribution of Creator Funds
Where supported by the applicable payment provider, payments associated with creator transactions are automatically allocated and distributed through the provider's payment infrastructure.
FansStack does not receive, hold, or manually transfer creator funds. The applicable payment provider is responsible for processing the transaction and distributing the applicable amounts according to its systems, agreements, and requirements.
Creators must maintain an eligible account with the applicable payment provider and must connect or authorize that account for use with FansStack where required.
If a creator does not establish or maintain the required payment provider account, FansStack may be unable to facilitate payments to that creator.
Third-Party Processor Fees
Third-party payment providers may charge fees for payment processing, account services, transfers, withdrawals, currency conversion, settlement, subscriptions, or other services they provide.
These fees are established and controlled by the applicable third-party provider. FansStack does not determine, control, negotiate, or participate in the establishment of fees charged independently by payment providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
The amount ultimately available to a creator may therefore differ from the original transaction amount because of applicable third-party processor fees or other provider-level adjustments.
Payout Eligibility
A creator must establish and maintain an eligible account with the applicable payment provider in order to receive payments through that provider.
- The creator must provide information requested by the payment provider.
- The creator must complete any required identity or business verification.
- The creator must maintain accurate payment and account information.
- The creator must comply with the applicable payment provider's terms.
- The creator must maintain an account capable of receiving the applicable payment.
FansStack does not independently determine whether a creator's funds are eligible for withdrawal from a third-party payment provider. Availability of funds is determined by the applicable provider under its own systems and policies.
Payout Methods
Available payout methods are determined primarily by the applicable payment provider and may vary based on geography, account type, currency, transaction type, verification status, banking relationships, blockchain networks, and other provider requirements.
FansStack does not guarantee the availability of any particular withdrawal, transfer, banking, card, cryptocurrency, or other payment method.
Payout Timing
Payment and payout timing is determined by the applicable payment provider and may depend on settlement procedures, verification, banking or blockchain networks, fraud controls, weekends and holidays, transaction type, currency, and other factors.
FansStack does not guarantee a particular payment, settlement, withdrawal, or transfer date.
Any timing information displayed by FansStack should be understood as an estimate or informational indication and not as a guarantee of settlement by FansStack.
Processor Restrictions
A payment provider may restrict, suspend, review, delay, reverse, or otherwise limit transactions or access to a creator's payment-provider account based on its own policies, risk controls, verification requirements, contractual terms, legal obligations, or decisions by financial institutions and payment networks.
FansStack does not control these provider-level decisions and does not represent that it can remove or override restrictions imposed by an independent payment provider.
Creators should contact the applicable payment provider regarding provider-level account restrictions, payment holds, withdrawals, verification issues, or settlement questions.
Refunds, Disputes, and Reversals
Transactions may be refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise adjusted through the applicable payment provider or payment network.
Such events may affect the amount ultimately received by a creator. Any corresponding adjustment to a creator's payment is handled through the applicable payment provider's payment and settlement systems.
FansStack does not independently control chargebacks, payment-network reversals, bank reversals, cryptocurrency transaction reversals where applicable, or other processor-level payment decisions.
Verification Requirements
Creators may be required by the applicable payment provider to provide information necessary to verify identity, age, business status, beneficial ownership, tax status, payout ownership, or other relevant information.
These requirements are generally imposed by the applicable payment provider, financial institution, payment network, or applicable law.
Failure to complete required verification may prevent or limit a creator from receiving or withdrawing payments through the applicable provider.
Taxes and Reporting
Creators are responsible for understanding and satisfying their own tax obligations arising from income generated through FansStack, except where applicable law requires a third party to perform tax reporting, withholding, collection, or related services.
For fiat payment processing, applicable tax documentation, reporting, withholding, or related payment-provider tax services may be handled by the independent third-party fiat payment processor used for the applicable transaction.
FansStack does not act as a creator's tax adviser, tax preparer, or tax authority and does not determine a creator's individual tax liability.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate information requested by the applicable payment provider and for keeping their payment and tax information current.
Account Termination
If a creator's FansStack account is suspended or terminated, the creator may lose access to FansStack features and may no longer be able to initiate new transactions through the platform.
Termination of a FansStack account does not itself terminate or control the creator's separate account with a third-party payment provider. Any funds already processed or held by that provider remain subject to the provider's own terms, systems, and applicable law.
FansStack does not assume custody of creator funds following account suspension or termination.
Creator Responsibility
Creators are responsible for maintaining accurate payment, tax, identity, business, and account information with the applicable payment provider.
Creators are also responsible for maintaining their payment-provider accounts in good standing and complying with the provider's applicable terms and requirements.
Creators must not use FansStack or any connected payment service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, unauthorized transactions, trafficking, exploitation, or other unlawful activity.
FansStack is not responsible for the operation, availability, fees, account decisions, settlement procedures, withdrawal procedures, or other services provided independently by third-party payment providers.
