Third-Party Payment Processing & Fees Policy
FansStack uses independent third-party payment processors and financial technology providers to facilitate certain payments and payment-related services on the platform.
These providers operate independently from FansStack. FansStack does not operate the banking, card-network, payment-processing, cryptocurrency, settlement, withdrawal, or tax-processing infrastructure provided by those third parties.
FansStack does not hold or custody creator funds. Payments are processed and distributed through the applicable third-party payment provider. Fees, account requirements, settlement procedures, and payment-provider decisions are controlled by the applicable provider.

Third-Party Providers
FansStack may integrate with one or more independent payment processors, financial technology providers, cryptocurrency payment providers, banking partners, payment networks, or other third-party services.
The availability of a particular provider or payment method may change from time to time based on provider availability, geographic restrictions, technical requirements, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances.
Creator Payment Accounts
Creators who wish to receive payments through a supported payment provider must create or connect an eligible account with that provider and authorize the applicable connection to FansStack.
The creator's relationship with the payment provider is separate from the creator's relationship with FansStack. Creators are responsible for complying with the applicable provider's terms and maintaining accurate account information.
FansStack does not create, own, control, or hold the creator's funds in the creator's third-party payment account.
Payment Processing
Payments made through FansStack may be processed by an applicable third-party provider. The provider may perform authorization, verification, fraud screening, transaction monitoring, settlement, currency conversion, payment routing, and other payment-related functions.
FansStack does not control the provider's internal systems or processing decisions.
Third-Party Fees
A payment provider may charge fees associated with payment processing, account services, transfers, withdrawals, currency conversion, settlement, subscriptions, or other services offered by that provider.
Such fees are determined by the applicable third-party provider. FansStack does not establish or control those fees unless a particular FansStack fee is separately and expressly disclosed by FansStack.
Creators and users are responsible for reviewing the applicable provider's current fee schedule and terms where those fees are relevant to their transactions.
Settlement and Distribution
Where supported by the applicable payment provider, creator payments and applicable platform fees are automatically calculated, allocated, and distributed through the provider's payment infrastructure.
FansStack does not manually receive, hold, or distribute creator earnings.
Settlement timing and availability are determined by the applicable payment provider and may vary based on transaction type, currency, geography, verification, banking systems, blockchain networks, and other provider requirements.
Payment Availability
Payment methods may not be available to every user or creator. Availability may depend on location, currency, account status, provider requirements, transaction type, payment method, and applicable law.
FansStack does not guarantee that any particular payment method, provider, transfer method, withdrawal method, or payment service will remain available.
Declined and Failed Payments
A payment may be declined, rejected, delayed, reversed, or otherwise fail for reasons determined by the applicable payment provider, bank, card issuer, payment network, cryptocurrency network, fraud system, or other third party.
FansStack does not guarantee that a payment submitted through the platform will be approved or successfully settled.
Account Restrictions and Holds
Third-party payment providers may place restrictions, reviews, holds, or limitations on payment accounts or transactions based on their own policies, verification requirements, risk controls, contractual terms, legal obligations, or instructions from financial institutions or governmental authorities.
FansStack does not control or override provider-level account restrictions.
Questions regarding a provider-imposed account restriction, withdrawal limitation, payment hold, verification issue, or settlement issue should generally be directed to the applicable provider.
Refunds, Disputes, and Reversals
Payments may be subject to refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, payment-network adjustments, fraud determinations, or other transaction changes through the applicable payment provider.
These events may affect the final amount associated with a transaction or creator payment.
FansStack does not control payment-provider decisions concerning chargebacks, reversals, settlement adjustments, or other provider-level payment actions.
Taxes and Tax Services
Where fiat payment processing is provided through an independent third-party payment processor, that provider may provide tax documentation, reporting, withholding, collection, or related services where applicable.
FansStack does not control the tax calculations, reporting decisions, withholding decisions, forms, or other tax services performed by an independent payment provider.
Creators remain responsible for understanding and satisfying their own tax obligations and should consult an appropriate tax professional when necessary.
Third-Party Provider Responsibility
The applicable third-party provider is responsible for the services it independently provides, including its payment processing, account management, settlement, withdrawal services, applicable fees, identity verification, fraud controls, and other provider-level functions.
FansStack does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, speed, security, reliability, or continued operation of services controlled by independent third-party providers.
FansStack's Responsibility
FansStack is responsible for the functionality of the FansStack platform and its integration with supported payment providers to the extent within FansStack's control.
FansStack is not responsible for payment-provider decisions or conditions outside FansStack's control, including provider-imposed fees, account restrictions, payment declines, settlement delays, withdrawal limitations, banking decisions, tax-provider decisions, blockchain-network conditions, or provider service interruptions.
Nothing in this policy makes FansStack a custodian of creator funds or creates an obligation for FansStack to receive, hold, safeguard, or distribute creator money.
