Affiliate / Partner Terms of Service

Eligibility

Partners must provide accurate information when applying to the Program and maintain accurate account and payment information. FansStack may approve, reject, suspend, or limit participation in the Program at its discretion.

Partners must be legally permitted to participate in an affiliate or referral program in their jurisdiction and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Referral Links & Attribution

Approved partners may receive unique referral links or other tracking mechanisms provided through the Program. Partners must use the links and tracking mechanisms provided by FansStack or its designated affiliate platform.

Referral attribution is subject to the tracking technology, attribution rules, and technical operation of the affiliate platform. FansStack does not guarantee that every click, signup, referral, or transaction will be successfully tracked.

Commissions

Commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions or other actions that satisfy the Program's applicable commission rules.

Commission rates, qualifying events, attribution requirements, payment schedules, minimum thresholds, and other Program economics may be established or displayed through the affiliate platform and may be changed prospectively by FansStack.

Transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, disputed, duplicated, or otherwise determined not to qualify may be excluded from commissions or may result in previously credited commissions being reversed.

Prohibited Activities

Partners may not:

• Make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims about FansStack.
• Represent themselves as an employee, agent, representative, or official spokesperson of FansStack.
• Impersonate FansStack or create a misleading impression of official affiliation.
• Use spam, unsolicited bulk email, automated messaging, or other abusive promotional methods.
• Create fake accounts or fraudulent referrals for the purpose of earning commissions.
• Refer themselves or arrange transactions primarily for the purpose of generating commissions.
• Manipulate clicks, conversions, attribution, cookies, or other tracking mechanisms.
• Use malware, spyware, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, or deceptive tracking techniques.
• Promote FansStack through illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
• Make unauthorized promises regarding earnings, income, approval, payment processing, or platform performance.

Paid Search & Brand Bidding

Unless FansStack provides written authorization, partners may not purchase advertising keywords or run paid search campaigns designed to bid on FansStack trademarks, brand names, domain names, or confusingly similar terms.

Partners may not create advertisements or landing pages designed to appear as though they are official FansStack advertisements, websites, or communications.

Promotional Content

Partners are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content complies with applicable laws, advertising requirements, disclosure requirements, platform rules, and these Partner Terms.

Promotional statements must be truthful and must not create a misleading impression about FansStack, its services, creators, users, payment processing, earnings, or the Program.

Social Media & Content Platforms

Partners may promote FansStack through social media, websites, newsletters, blogs, videos, podcasts, and other legitimate channels, provided the promotional activity complies with these Partner Terms and the rules of the applicable platform.

Compliance With Laws

Partners are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, advertising requirements, disclosure requirements, and other legal obligations applicable to their promotional activities.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, partners must clearly disclose their affiliate or commercial relationship with FansStack.

Intellectual Property

FansStack grants approved partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use approved FansStack promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting FansStack through the Program.

This permission does not transfer ownership of FansStack trademarks, logos, content, software, or other intellectual property to the partner.

PartnerStack

FansStack uses PartnerStack to administer aspects of the Program, including partner registration, referral tracking, attribution, reporting, commission administration, and partner payments.

PartnerStack's applicable terms, policies, technical limitations, and payment procedures may also apply to participation in the Program.

Taxes

Partners are responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax, reporting, registration, and other financial obligations arising from commissions or other compensation received through the Program.

Fraud & Commission Reversals

FansStack may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions associated with fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, self-referred, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise invalid activity.

FansStack may investigate suspected abuse and may suspend or terminate a partner while an investigation is pending.

Program Changes

FansStack may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or change Program rules, commission structures, qualification requirements, or promotional requirements. Changes will generally apply prospectively unless otherwise required to address fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or other exceptional circumstances.

Suspension & Termination

FansStack may suspend or terminate a partner's participation if the partner violates these Partner Terms, applicable law, third-party platform rules, or Program requirements, or engages in conduct that FansStack reasonably believes may harm FansStack, its users, creators, partners, or business.

Upon termination, the partner must stop representing themselves as a FansStack partner and stop using FansStack promotional materials and trademarks provided through the Program.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, partnership, or other fiduciary relationship between FansStack and the partner.

Partners have no authority to make commitments, representations, warranties, or agreements on behalf of FansStack.

No Guarantee of Earnings

FansStack does not guarantee that participation in the Program will generate clicks, referrals, customers, transactions, commissions, or any particular level of income.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FansStack will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

Acceptance

By joining or participating in the FansStack Affiliate / Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Partner Terms of Service.

Document updates may be made from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or Program changes.
