FansStack Advertising & Refund Policy
This Advertising Policy governs the submission, review, approval, purchase, placement, delivery, and management of advertising campaigns on FansStack. It applies to creators who participate in the FansStack self-service advertising program.
By submitting an advertisement or purchasing an advertising package, you agree to comply with this Advertising Policy, the FansStack Terms of Service, and other applicable platform policies.
1. Who Can Advertise
At this time, FansStack accepts advertising submissions exclusively from creators with eligible creator accounts on the FansStack platform.
The current self-service advertising program is not available for independent purchases by outside businesses, advertising agencies, or other third-party advertisers who do not qualify as FansStack creators.
FansStack may expand advertising opportunities to external advertisers in the future. Such participation may require separate registration, verification, additional agreements, or different advertising terms.
FansStack reserves the right to determine advertiser eligibility and may restrict participation when necessary to protect platform users, comply with applicable law, or enforce its policies.
2. How Advertising Works
The FansStack advertising program uses an approval-first process. Creators submit their advertisements for review before making a payment.
- Step 1 — Create Advertisement: Select an advertising package, upload a banner, provide a destination URL, and submit the advertisement.
- Step 2 — Administrator Review: FansStack reviews the submitted banner, destination, and relevant campaign information.
- Step 3 — Approval or Rejection: Approved advertisements become eligible for payment. Rejected advertisements cannot proceed to payment.
- Step 4 — Complete Payment: Once approved, the creator may complete the required one-time payment using a credit or debit card through Square or cryptocurrency through QBitFlow.
- Step 5 — Activation: After payment is confirmed and the advertisement is technically ready, FansStack activates the campaign for delivery.
No advertising payment is collected when an advertisement is initially submitted for review. Payment becomes available only after approval.
3. Submission Review and Timing
Advertising submissions are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, generally in the order they are received.
Reviews are usually completed within one day of submission. Review times may extend beyond one day during periods of high submission volume, holidays, technical disruptions, or when further review is necessary.
The estimated review period is not a guaranteed approval or processing deadline.
FansStack may approve, reject, defer, or request corrections to submitted advertisements. Approval is not automatic, and submitting an advertisement does not guarantee acceptance.
If an advertisement is rejected before payment, the creator will not be charged for that submission. A corrected advertisement may need to be submitted for a new review.
4. Advertising Content and Destination Requirements
Creators are responsible for ensuring that all advertisements, banners, text, claims, links, promoted products, and services comply with applicable law and FansStack policies.
Advertising materials must be accurate, non-deceptive, and appropriate for the FansStack platform.
FansStack may reject or remove advertisements containing or promoting:
- Fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, malware, or misleading offers.
- Illegal products, services, conduct, or prohibited activities.
- Harassment, exploitation, hate, threats, or other harmful content.
- Unauthorized copyrighted works, trademarks, images, or other protected material.
- False claims, deceptive pricing, or misleading representations.
- Unsafe, broken, fraudulent, or unrelated destination URLs.
- Banner images that do not meet the applicable technical specifications.
- Content otherwise prohibited by FansStack's Terms of Service or platform policies.
Advertisers must have the rights and permissions necessary to use all images, names, marks, and other materials appearing in their advertisements.
FansStack may conduct additional reviews after an advertisement has initially been approved if complaints, violations, or new information arise.
5. Advertising Placements and Banner Rotation
FansStack may display approved advertisements throughout designated areas of the platform. Potential advertising locations include:
- Creator profile pages.
- Fan profile pages.
- The main Feed page.
- Explore Creators.
- Explore Fans.
- The Marketplace.
- Individual creator stores.
- The PPV Store.
Advertising availability varies by page, banner size, device type, technical compatibility, traffic levels, and available inventory.
FansStack may use a single advertising box or designated placement on a page to display rotating banners from multiple approved campaigns.
Multiple advertisements may share the same placement. Advertisements are not guaranteed exclusive display unless FansStack expressly offers and confirms an exclusive arrangement.
FansStack does not currently impose a fixed, publicly guaranteed platform-wide maximum number of advertisers or advertising campaigns.
FansStack may establish or adjust limits on active campaigns, banner rotation, placement availability, and advertising inventory to maintain website performance, user experience, and reasonable advertising exposure.
The appearance of an advertisement in a specific location is not guaranteed unless expressly included in the purchased advertising package.
6. Advertising Packages and Results
FansStack offers advertising packages with durations and prices displayed during the advertisement submission process. Available package options may change over time.
Advertising duration begins when a paid campaign is activated, not when the advertisement is submitted for review or initially approved.
Campaign Status and Notification Timing: Advertising campaigns are scheduled to run for their purchased duration beginning upon activation. Campaign status updates and expiration notifications may take approximately 15 minutes or longer to appear after a campaign ends. These administrative delays do not extend or reduce the purchased advertising duration. FansStack does not guarantee that campaign status updates or notifications will occur at the exact moment a campaign expires.
Unless a specific written guarantee is provided, purchasing an advertising package does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of impressions.
- A minimum number of clicks.
- A particular click-through rate.
- A specific number of visitors or customers.
- Sales, conversions, subscriptions, or earnings.
- Exclusive access to any advertising placement.
Actual advertising performance depends on available traffic, page activity, banner quality, eligible placements, competing advertisements, and other factors.
FansStack may offer additional advertising packages, placement options, or pricing structures in the future.
7. Advertising Payments and Processing Fees
Approved advertising campaigns may be purchased using a credit or debit card through Square or cryptocurrency through QBitFlow. Available payment methods are displayed during advertising checkout.
Advertising purchases are one-time payments. They do not involve recurring subscriptions, creator revenue sharing, or commission splitting.
Advertising Package Price: The advertised package price is the base cost of the selected advertising placement and duration. The total amount payable may vary depending on the payment method.
Square Card Payments: Square card payments include an additional processing charge calculated using a rate of 2.9% + $0.30. This charge is added to the advertising package price. The complete amount payable, including the processing charge, is displayed before the payment is submitted.
Cryptocurrency Payments: FansStack covers the payment processing fees charged by QBitFlow for advertising purchases. FansStack does not add a separate QBitFlow processing surcharge to the advertised cryptocurrency package price.
Blockchain network transaction fees, wallet provider charges, or other external charges may still apply where imposed independently of FansStack.
Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Creators are responsible for using the correct wallet, blockchain network, and payment details supplied during checkout.
A submitted advertisement does not create an immediate payment obligation. Payment becomes available only after administrator approval.
A campaign will not be activated until its payment has been successfully confirmed and applicable technical requirements have been satisfied.
By completing an advertising payment, the creator acknowledges that all advertising sales are final, subject to the exceptions described in Section 8 of this policy.
8. Advertising Refunds — All Sales Final
All Advertising Sales Are Final. All FansStack advertising purchases are final and non-refundable, whether paid by Square card or cryptocurrency, except where required by applicable law, binding payment-provider requirements, or as otherwise expressly determined by FansStack in exceptional circumstances.
FansStack reviews advertisements before payment. If an advertisement is rejected during the initial review, no advertising payment is collected and no refund is necessary.
Once an advertising payment has been completed, the purchase is final. Advertisers are not entitled to routine refunds, cancellations, or credits for paid advertising campaigns.
Refunds are not ordinarily provided for:
- Changes of mind after payment.
- Voluntary campaign cancellation.
- Unused advertising time.
- Early termination requested by the advertiser.
- Dissatisfaction with advertising performance.
- Lower-than-expected impressions, clicks, or conversions.
- Failure to generate sales, subscriptions, or followers.
Advertisers are responsible for reviewing their advertising placement, campaign duration, destination URL, banner content, package price, and applicable processing fees before payment.
Exceptional Circumstances: FansStack may review cases involving duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failed campaign activation, or an advertising service that FansStack is unable to materially provide.
Where FansStack determines that a service issue requires correction, possible resolutions may include:
- Correcting or restarting the advertising campaign.
- Extending the advertising period.
- Providing replacement advertising delivery.
- Providing another remedy required by applicable law.
- Issuing a full or partial refund when legally required or expressly approved by FansStack.
Any discretionary remedy is determined by FansStack on a case-by-case basis and does not establish a general right to an advertising refund.
Creators should promptly report duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failed activations, or other payment and delivery concerns through FansStack's support channels.
Any exceptional refund approved by FansStack will be subject to verification of the original advertising transaction and the requirements of the applicable payment provider.
Refunds for Square card payments, when approved or legally required, are processed through the applicable Square refund process. Any supported cryptocurrency refund may require additional payment verification and compatible receiving-wallet information.
If a completed full refund is issued for an advertising purchase, FansStack may discontinue the associated campaign and remove its advertisement from active delivery.
Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund, reimbursement, payment dispute, or other remedy that cannot legally be waived, including applicable payment-network or binding payment-provider requirements.
9. Campaign Suspension and Removal
FansStack may suspend, restrict, or remove an advertisement if it violates this policy, applicable law, platform rules, or user-safety requirements.
FansStack may also act where an advertisement becomes misleading, unsafe, technically incompatible, or otherwise unsuitable after initial approval.
Where reasonably practical, FansStack may notify the creator and explain the reason for a campaign suspension or removal.
Any refund or alternative remedy will depend on the circumstances, the reason for the action, the advertising already delivered, and applicable legal requirements.
10. Advertising Performance Information
FansStack may provide campaign reporting through the Creator Advertising Hub, including impressions, clicks, click-through rates, and daily activity.
Advertising statistics may be subject to reporting delays, invalid-traffic filtering, technical limitations, and corrections.
Reporting information is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee future advertising performance.
11. Policy Updates
FansStack may update this Advertising Policy to reflect changes to the advertising program, payment providers, supported banner formats, available placements, pricing arrangements, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may be communicated separately where required.
Policy changes will not override applicable non-waivable legal rights or binding commitments already made for paid advertising campaigns.
12. Questions and Support
If you have questions about advertising eligibility, banner requirements, review decisions, Square card or cryptocurrency payments, refunds, campaign activation, or reporting, contact FansStack through the support channels available on the platform.
